About Me ~ The Web Explorer

I am a fifth grade teacher and mother of 6, (Yes! 6! 4 boys, ages 21, 20, 19, 17, and 2 girls, ages 18 and 12). I am also working towards my Master’s In Education and Technology at Lourdes College. When I am not busy teaching, learning, or chasing my kids around, I read and play on the computer. Did I say play? I meant work! My husband and I also have two lovable chocolate labs, (Mom and her first born daughter). My wonderful mother, (What would I ever do without her?) lives with us and I secretly think she has a better grip on our household than dad or I.

    Cheryl,

As an Art & Digital Media teacher, I am very interested in helping my students make global connections. I just don’t know how to get started.

Also, I have one Digital Media class which produces a daily morning tv broadcast which we also send out as a podcast. I struggle to find better ways to organize this and would love to hear how you manage this with your students.

    Eager for suggestions and ideas!!!
